Enjoy a fully enclosed yard featuring a private pool and shady, furnished patio. The home offers a prime location with easy access to golf, hiking, and downtown entertainment.

The spacious, single-level interior features a full suite of tasteful updates including all new décor, fixtures, and furniture. The open-concept living area is designed with group gathering and entertainment in mind. Relax on the wraparound recliner sofa while streaming shows and movies on the massive, wall-mounted smart TV or keep the home chef company at the four-seater breakfast bar. The sparkling island kitchen showcases new counters, a gorgeous backsplash, and updated stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup.

Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom at one end of the house. The primary bedroom includes a luxe en suite complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet.

The pool was the highlight of our vacation. The water feature that ran from 9am - 5pm made for a relaxing a peaceful experience. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay at home meals. The beds were very comfortable.

Family Wedding

We came in town for my nephews wedding. My parents stayed with us and my other siblings stayed in hotels and condos in the area. Everyone said we had the nicest accommodations. We had a great time overall. Unfortunately we didn’t find out about some of the local attractions until our last day (Desert Museum, Old Tucson, etc.),we would have loved to visit them if we had more time!

Warmth in December

The house is exactly as pictured. The furniture is new and comfortable. The mattresses on the beds are firm and my back felt better than it does at home. There were plenty of linens and pillows. The two walk-in showers were most welcome as we are all seniors. The pool is not heated and was too cold for swimming, however, there is a waterfall feature that came on and turned off automatically every day. It is an 8 mile drive to restaurants and stores but that took little time. The subdivision is well kept and quiet.
