Escape to the mountains at this stunning, newly constructed residence that offers breathtaking views of both the mountains and the lake, paired with a luxurious interior designed 4-bedroom home that can accommodate up to 9 guests. This extraordinary mountain residence features beetle-kill hardwood flooring on the main level, accentuated by hand-hewn wooden plank ceilings and two separate living room areas, along with a balcony that includes a firepit and a private outdoor hot tub.
In the primary floorâs living area, you can admire the spectacular mountain and lake views through the south-facing windows, unwind on the comfortable furnishings, enjoy the gas fireplace, watch the flat-screen TV, and easily access the expansive deck, which serves as an ideal location for outdoor dining during the warmer months or for gathering around the firepit while soaking in the mountain and lake vistas.
The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout, with the living room adjacent to the dining area that seats up to six, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything necessary for preparing delightful meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, large windows with lake views, a ceiling fan, a spacious walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower enclosure, plus the added benefit of access to the main private balcony.
The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a king-sized bed and a flat-screen television. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway for all guests to access.
The lower level of the home boasts a generous second living room area, furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa surrounding a flat-screen TV, providing a quieter retreat from the main level of the home. This living space also includes a large wet bar area for easy access to beverages and snacks while enjoying your favorite shows, as well as access to the private patio featuring a small seating area and a private outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures in the area.
The primary full bathroom can be found in the main hallway, alongside the complete laundry room. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom serves as an excellent retreat for children, equipped with a Captain's bunk bed, which consists of a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.
Our residence is conveniently located near downtown Grand Lake and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Additional features include parking for one car in the garage, a laundry room, in-floor radiant heating, and please note that air conditioning is not provided.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
