The executive two bedroom apartment is the largest and most spacious apartment in our New Amsterdam building. You can expect a bright living room with seating area and open kitchen which is equipped with everything you need such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, coffee maker and juicer. There are two large bedrooms with double beds and big wardrobes. In the bathroom you can either take a quick shower or take your time to relax in the bath. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The property itself has a lot to offer as well: it boasts a wide selection of on-site amenities such as a private health club with a splendid swimming pool, saunas, and gym area*. Additionally, there is a private car parking space underneath the building that can be booked at an extra fee and 24h security on the premises. Guests can request a baby cot, chair or extra rollaway bed and you will also be able to bring your furry friend with you since this property is pet-friendly.We complement these general facilities with a weekly cleaning service including changing your (bed)linen, towels and bathrobes. Last but not least, our guests can use the Corporate Housing Factory app. The app holds all the information regarding the apartment, property and the neighbourhood.

Please note we charge a €250 damage deposit that will be added on the bill and refunded when the apartment is returned in good state.
