Chase your "Sun" days in this quaint and quiet, gated retreat miles and minutes from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, shopping, golf courses, stadiums (football and baseball), Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, food, cocktails & fun, along with many hiking/biking trails (Camelback Mountain, Gateway Trailhead, Piestewa Peak to name a few). Mayo Clinic is conveniently located about 12minutes away. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax after hitting the town in this bright and light Phoenix condo. Unwind at the hot-tub and cool off from the desert heat by taking a dip at the pool (heated in the winter). Sleep in the upstairs spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom, double sinks and a separate water closet; or in the comfortable guest room (queen bed) with a futon, along with a detached bathroom. Balconies attached to both bedrooms (located upstairs). Attached 2 car garage and temporary guest parking. Kitchen equipped with a nice supply of cooking basics along with new stainless steel appliances. Hop, skip and jump to experience all the great things Phoenix has to offer -and if the mountains are calling, take a quick daytrip to Prescott, Sedona or Flagstaff. Your condo will be waiting. If we could rate this place and the host with 6 stars out of 5 or 11 on a 1-10 scale we would!! Fantastic location, listing was everything it was advertised, host was responsive and accommodating!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat ! The unit had a lot more amenities than we expected and what we’ve encountered in the past. Place is quiet and well taken care of and the garage parking was a nice perk. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils used every day. Very nice master bedroom suite with bathroom. Very nice to have an air purifier machine that we could use as well. Again- wonderful place to stay if you’re in the Phoenix area.

Carrie was very welcoming. She communicated promptly to any question. The condo was very clean and charming. We felt at home at her place. We loved it that her place had a well equipped kitchen,toiletries and ,laundry supplies. The location is on a gated community so it felt secure . I highly recommend this property.

The owner was very responsive and accommodating of a couple special requests. Great location for access to the 101 and nearby stores etc. Clean and had all the needed kitchen items etc. We would stay here again when in this area.

Very clean and perfect for what we needed.

We were here for a fantasy baseball draft. Great location , clean, everything we needed. Loved the front patio. Correspondence was great. Master bed great, guest bed ok. Everything else exceeded expectations.

Spring training trip

We were in Phoenix to watch some spring training baseball games and knew we wanted a nice rental for our stay instead of a hotel. This unit fit our needs perfectly! The host, Carrie, is fantastic with her details about the property to the check-in and check-out process. The unit was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. Carrie is quick with a reply to questions also. We highly recommend this unit and host if you are planning a trip to the Phoenix area.

Perfect time in Phoenix/Scottsdale

My husband and I stayed at this perfect condo for two months. The location is great and the condo very clean and quiet. The house is decorated with charm and absolutely clean and comfortable. Kitchen appliances, coffee, seasonings, TV, internet, towels and linens, wonderful pillows and mattress... The list of amenities is endless. And the owner is a delight, always so helpful and quick to answer any questions. Also, supermarket nearby and plenty options to grab a bite. The most perfect stay I ever had, and my husband and I travel a lot! Thank you so much Carrie, we will definitely stay again at your place when we come back to the city!

Amazing place!

We loved staying it! Super clean, amazing master bedroom bed, lots of space, has the little things that you wouldn’t think they’d have (condiments, sandwich bags, spices) my kids had a blast staying here as well!

This is a very nice property. The downstairs bathroom door does not close properly, and the master bathroom door is very squeaky. Other than that, it was very nice.
