Designed by Organic Architect Robert Harvey Oschatz, the home’s striking lines and angles fill every space with natural light, creating a calm and unforgettable atmosphere throughout.

More than a house, this is an experience — one felt in slow mornings with coffee overlooking the water, shared meals around the table, and long golden evenings with wine at sunset. Thoughtfully designed for connection and comfort, it’s a home made for meaningful time together and one that quickly becomes a favorite coastal retreat.

This oceanfront escape features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 7 beds, comfortably sleeping 10. The living room is truly the heart of the home — a wall of windows framing sweeping coastal views. Open the doors and step directly onto the sand, or relax with your favorite drink while watching the waves roll in and the kids play just outside.

The lower level is a true kids’ haven, complete with double bunk beds, a private full bathroom, and its own TV/lounge area — perfect for movie nights after full beach days. Upstairs, warm wood finishes, heated floors, and inviting gathering spaces make it easy to cook, dine, and spend meaningful time together.

What a spectacular view! The home is exactly as pictured. Right on the beach! And there is room to enjoy the views outside from the patio area on either side and right in front of the windows. The living room space is lovely. We weee a group with grandparents, parents and teens. There is ample seating for all! We especially enjoyed the blue circular “nest” as we called it for the World Cup Games. Kitchen was well appointed. Found everything we needed.The beds were plush and very comfortable, even the bunk beds. The sleeping masks and robes are a nice touch. It’s very bright in the morning. The house is welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor patio area is fantastic in the morning- bright and sunny and not windy at all. Great spot to read and listen to the ocean. My only feedback is the living room windows - they are the star of the show and could use a good cleaning on the inside. Overall, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m an Oregon native, and the coast has always been where I go to slow down, breathe deeply, and reset — no matter the season. It’s a place that’s always grounded me, and sharing it with others is something I truly love.

Before moving into fashion and hospitality, I spent 15 years as an elementary school teacher. That experience shaped how I care for people and still influences how I host today. I believe in thoughtful details, calm and comfortable spaces, and creating an experience where guests can genuinely unwind.

I love to travel, explore new places, and try new foods, which has taught me what matters most when you’re away from home. When I’m not hosting, I’m usually spending time with my family or enjoying the outdoors. Above all, I want every guest to feel at ease here — cared for, comfortable, and happy they came.

I chose this neighborhood because it is exactly what I dreamed of owning my entire life. Being directly on the sand with unobstructed ocean views still feels surreal to me, and it’s a setting I never take for granted.

The neighborhood itself is quiet, gated, and incredibly safe — perfect for families and kids to ride bikes and explore freely. One of my favorite things is how easily you can step out and enjoy everything Pacific City offers. Scenic walking trails lead you right into town, where you’ll find wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and casual spots for pizza after a beach day.

What I love most is the balance — peaceful and private at home, yet close to everything you need. It’s relaxed, beautiful, and feels like a true coastal escape.
