Quaint older home located near the downtown area. Updated bath and kitchen is really nice. The only negative was outdoor area was in need of mowing and front porch seating was in need of cleaning. Hosts were very accommodating

The Katy Kottage was perfect for our family and the owners were outstanding at communicating with us. We had everything we needed to host a great family weekend for a very special event. We would gladly stay at the Katy Kottage again!

Just what we needed—a nice older home in Boonville. The house was as described, with a large kitchen, three bedrooms, and comfortable beds. There are quite a few steps leading up to the traditional front porch, so that is something to be aware of. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place for our stay.

We take a lot of pride in providing a clean, comfortable, well equipped, and a super convenient location at a very reasonable price for our guests, but yes you are right; someone with difficulty climbing 8 or 9 steps should carefully consider staying here. There are photos of the front of the home that I hope allows people to make the right decision for their personal situation. The Katy Trail Cottage was the perfect space for our weekend stay. The home was just as described. It was clean and convenient to everything we needed. Communication with the host was great.

The Katy Kottage is an older home but nicely updated. The large kitchen, dining, and living spaces are open concept and very comfortable with pleasing decor. The one bathroom is on the small side but EXTREMELY NICE, especially the shower. Close walk to downtown. I’d definitely stay there again if we go back to Boonville.
