Rocheport Bluff House

Nous faisons face à la riviÚre Missouri sur 7 acres de magnifique aménagement paysager et nous sommes juste à cÎté de Les Bourgeois Winery. Le sentier Katie et historique Rocheport sont juste en bas de la colline. Art, antiquités et un restaurant gastronomique sont tous en Rocheport!
Notre maison est à deux étages sur le Bluff, avec deux maisons complÚtes. Nous sommes à l'étage et la location est en bas. La surface locative du bas a un salon spacieux, coin salon et cheminée réglage. Il y a une salle à manger avec une cuisine. Il y a des vues spectaculaires depuis le patio privé et des espaces de vie intérieurs. Il y a un chemin privé et voie d'entrée privée pour votre commodité.

Nice clean place to stay for the two of us but would work well for a family. Rochport has a bicycle shop cafe for great breakfast and the General Store is better evening food than KC.

As usual our stay was lovely. The covered patio is great for morning coffee and evening wine (weather permitting). We enjoyed the muffins, bagels, eggs, fruit, and coffee/tea Shelley provides. Comfortable seating in the living room.One of our favorite rental homes!! We will definitely return.One minor suggestion - the bedroom with the twin beds could use a couple of hooks to hang clothes.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Enjoyed the assortment of breakfast items that were provided. Love the views and having cocktails down on the bench on the bluff during sunset. It’s also a great place to sit and enjoy the music and fireworks from the winery next door. Coffee on the patio in the mornings was so peaceful. This was our third visit and we appreciate Shelley’s hospitality. We will be returning. Thanks, again!

We loved this place! The view was fabulous. The location relative to everything we wanted to do was perfect. The setup was outstanding and rustic. Even a cute little groundhog around at times.. Visit the bench off the the bluffs and watch the world go by!

A great place to stay next door to the winery!

Very comfortable and large lower-level, walkout apartment/ home with a lovely, well-equipped covered patio (and bikes!) on the Missouri River bluff, up the hill from the Katy Trail. Master bedroom bed/pillows were excellent (did not use other bedrooms). Kitchen had everything we needed and much more (many spices, oil, sugar, etc)! Shelley left us great breakfast items and snacks, too. Check-in, parking, communication all easy and perfect. 10/10. Would love to go back and stay again someday.

Awesome Stay!

Our stay at the Bluff House was wonderful! The property was even better than described. It was very roomy with a gorgeous antique (tasteful) vibe. Our small dog loved the big yard to explore and the treats. It was a great location with a beautiful view. The house had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay! The extras such as wine, breakfast foods and snacks were icing on the cake. We would highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to come back.Thanks Shelley!

Great visit with sistets

The three of us do this every year, always someplace different. The Bluff House was perfect. Shelley was incredibly welcoming and helpful; the rooms were large, comfortable and clean; the view is outstanding. We explored a little around Rocheport but spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the river and birds and peace and playing games at the great dining room table. Thank you for a lovely week.

Accommodation close to Katy Trail in Rocheport

Comfortable accommodation with good view of Missouri River. Nice patio for relaxing in evening. Tv had all the sports channels. Great location to Rocheport restaurants, Katy Trail and also close enough to Columbia amenities

Rocheport Bluff House

This place was so nice. Up on a bluff, overlooking the Missouri River. Such a beautiful view. The place was so clean and exceptionally stocked. Was even greeted with a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Shelley, the owner, but she was always so pleasant to correspond with. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Location location location

Very private as you are the only guests. Incredible view of Missouri River and forests on other side. Pictures do not do the space justice. Tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. 5 minutes from Katy trail and Rocheport shops and restaurants. 10 out of 10. Will definitely come back.

Incredible hospitality and amenities

Second time at Shelly’s place. Everything, I mean everything, is provided. So much to do there, you don’t need to even leave the property. Great location right next to Les Bourgeois wine garden. The view of river is lovely. Covered patio was so nice to have with the rain we had. Thanks again!

Riverfront Getaway

When we arrived we knew we were going to Love our stay. You pull in to the driveway and it is amazing beautiful grounds then you walk down the stairs to the entry and you really know you have made the right choice. The river is right down the hill with a bench to sit and enjoy the views. They have thought of everything to make your stay the best ever. The house is so homey with so much love and care put into it with amazing decor. My husband and I decided in about 10 minutes we would be back as soon as we could work it in to our schedule.

Rocheport getaway

great place to explore Rocheport, Arrow Rock, and Warm Springs ranch. the property was great with unusual antiques and furnishings beautiful location overlooking the Missouri River comfortable beds and next door to the Les Bougeois Winery. will be back!

Our Stay

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay there, because they had plumbing issues. Shelley, though, was so helpful and accommodating. She called around and got us a place to stay, and it was at the last minute and on a very busy Mizzou Football weekend. She was very apologetic. Nothing you can do about nature though. We plan on staying there the next time on a visit to Mizzou. That location looks so nice.

Relaxing Getaway

A perfect house for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The view from the covered patio is lovely. Hummingbirds, squirrels, and rabbits stopped by to visit. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Shelley provides plenty of food items—eggs, bread, muffins, bagels, cereal, milk, fresh fruit, etc. and wine! The house is very comfy, with lots of extras—tissues, bug spray, pillows, throws, board games, bikes, BBG grill. You won’t be disappointed!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a great place to stay for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and a cozy beautiful home to stay in. We are next door to the Winery and one mile from the fun in Rocheport. We have bikes, a hammock and a great fire pit for outside fun.
Also inside we have a giant fireplace comfy surroundings all the things you would need on a cold winter day!

You will love coming to stay here from the fabulous Beds, linens and the fridge full of breakfast food. Also, I am always on hand if you need anything!
