- Parking: 5 standard size vehicles
- Max Occupancy: 14 guests
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Starter Pack: Includes soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc intended to get you through the first night or two. Guests are responsible for purchasing extra supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, Keurig + traditional drip coffee maker
- Private Pool: Salt water pool with outdoor seating; heated October - April
- Grill: Propane grill in pool area
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM, check-out at 9:00 AM
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500.00 - The hold is released on day of checkout
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or booking may be canceled without refund

First Floor:
- Living Area: Open and spacious with high, wood panel ceilings, two separate lounge areas, flat-screen smart TV, and side entry to the outdoor grill and pool.

1st Floor Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, violations of HOA rules, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.

Restrictions and Policies

- No Events, Weddings or Large Gatherings
- No Smoking: In the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, or common areas
- No Pets Allowed
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms
- Minimum Renter Age: 25 years - No exceptions
- Parking: No RVs, boats, motorcycles, ATVs, trailers, or large utility vehicles
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
