The space

Welcome to 'Dragonfly Landing!'

Start your mornings on the inviting screened-in front porch complete with a comfortable sectional, the perfect place to sip morning coffee or enjoy coastal evenings.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming main level, wih natural light and shiplap walls throughout. The open-concept living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, and just beyond, the dining room features an expandable round wooden table, creating a cozy space for shared meals. The chef's kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry with a mini fridge, and island seating for three. Just off the kitchen is a convenient dry bar/prep area for added convenience. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom which has a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Off the dining room, enjoy a second screened-in porch complete with an outdoor dining table for six. Step out from the screened-in porch to the back patio with a BBQ grill for easy outdoor meals. There is also an outdoor shower along the side of the home, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a secondary living area, plus an additional two bedrooms. The second master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony with a cozy daybed swing + small dining table, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The final bedroom has a Full bed and two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a desk area, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Surrounded by a nature preserve on two sides, this property provides added privacy and a peaceful setting. You're just a few houses from the Dragonfly Pool and a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride from everything WaterColor has to offer! Plus, it's also only a couple of blocks from Publix, dining, and shopping.

This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is just a few doors down from the house and has its own kid pool!

Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids!

The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
