The Outdoors
Enjoy resort-style outdoor living with our brand-new saltwater pool and fully equipped backyard retreat, designed for relaxation and fun for all ages!

The pool features a spacious 9" sun shelf that steps down into a 3' shallow area and extends to a 6' deep end — perfect for both lounging and swimming. Relax on the two in-water sun shelf loungers, pull up to the in-pool stools, or spend the day floating and playing. In the evening, transition seamlessly to outdoor entertainment with our backyard movie projector for unforgettable movie nights under the stars. Heating for the pool is available!

The surrounding patio includes six outdoor loungers in the sunniest spot for sunbathing, a six-seat dining table for outdoor meals, and a propane grill for easy cookouts. Guests can also enjoy a selection of pool and yard games, including an in pool basketball hoop and Connect Six for friendly competition.

For quieter moments, the screened porch offers an outdoor covered area complete with two rocking chairs — perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down time.

Families will appreciate the added child-safety features for the pool, including a child-lock on the screen door and a pool alarm system that alerts both indoors and outdoors for extra peace of mind.

The Space
All bedrooms have light blocking shades for a restful night and chargers at each side of the bed with USB, USB-C and prong plugs for all of your charging needs. Each bed also has it's own lamp including our lofted bed.

All of our closets have hangers and we have plenty of towels and beach towels for your use. We have also provided six beach chairs, a small cooler, beach volleyball, and tote bags for beach trips. A steamer and hair dryers are also available.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs! Keurig with both pod and carafe brewer is provided. Stand mixer, blender, air fryer, toaster, ceramic pots, pans, baking sheets and mixing bowls provided. An assortment of spices is available for your use. If you're looking to cook some meals at home or even host a holiday getaway we have everything you'll need to pull off fantastic meals!

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, television, and attached full bath.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. An additional air mattress is available in the closet.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and lofted full bed. Please note that the lofted full has a weight limit of 165lbs.

The Location
Prime location near all of the best west coast Florida beaches! We are 10-15 minutes from Clearwater and Indian Rocks and about 30 minutes to St Pete. Fly into Tampa International (30 minutes) or St Pete/Clearwater (18 minutes).

Our house is also walkable to a few great spots including a fantastic coffee shop/wine and beer cafe that has live music on the weekends and a great healthy food restaurant.

We live in a friendly and lively neighborhood with neighbors who walk the neighborhood daily and enjoy their outdoor spaces as well!

Finally
We are in Florida and sometimes the wildlife likes to show up outside and occasionally makes its way inside. While it is rare it tends to happen as our guests load and unload so try and close the doors when you can! We have a lot of lizards around but they are far more startling than dangerous. I recommend gently brushing them out towards the door with a broom.

Our pool is fully automated, we have weekly cleaners, and have provided a robotic pool cleaner for between cleans. If you have a light color request for the pool let us know! We will change your pool color for your stay. We will let you know when our pool techs come by but they will let themselves in to the side gate for servicing!

Pool is heated for a small additional charge of 35/day on the days you'd like to heat
