Unwind in the comfortable living area and recharge in spacious bedrooms designed for restful nights. Enjoy free parking and a complimentary crib, making this stay ideal for families, couples, and business travelers seeking both comfort and convenience.
HOUSE RULES:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts after 11 AM will incur a $40 charge.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.

• Fobs/Parking Passes/Fan & TV Remotes
Please leave them in the unit before checking out.

• Parties & Smoking
Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee reflects guest courtesy. Excessive mess will incur an additional charge.

• Extra Towels/Linens
If you need additional towels, please check the dryer, as our housekeeping staff may be busy.

• Maintenance
We rely on the BUILDING MAINTENANCE team for repairs. Please be patient, as non-emergency requests may take time.

Our stay had a mix of positives and several frustrations.The living area was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great.However, the kitchen was not well equipped. There was an oven but no cookware (no cookie sheet), measuring cups but no mixing bowls, only three sets of silverware, and no kitchen towels. There was a Keurig but no pods or reusable filter to use your own coffee.Basic amenities were lacking—no toiletries were provided, and the only soap in the bathroom was dish soap.Cleanliness and maintenance need attention. There was black hair on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower, the couch cushions were very dirty underneath, and there was a puddle of grime in the bottom of the oven. We also found a broken chair, a missing kitchen drawer handle, a non-working washing machine, and a dryer vent full of lint. The floor under the carpet is lifted and a trip hazard, and the hall closet door is very squeaky.Storage was limited, with a crib instead of a dresser or shelving.The listing was also inaccurate. The address led us to the wrong complex across the street, and there was no pool despite it being advertised, which was a main reason we booked.Overall, the property has potential but needs better upkeep, accurate listing details, and basic amenities.

The flooring has damages hidden under the large carpet/rug. I almost turned my ankle when I stepped on it. The washer does not work. There are only pots and pans in the kitchen and a very limited silverware and cups for the stay. You need to keep washing the same glass to reuse it as there are not more to use. There are hidden fees. I can not say enough good times about the cleaning. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job and no dust bunnies anywhere. I tried to bake in the nice oven and there was no baking sheet, again just pots and pans. Just was expecting a fully equipt kitchen. Only 1 towel per person, no bath mat and one hand towel. no wash clothes, it just didn't fee very luxe. Bed was wonderful and slept very nicely. The entryway was easy and well lit. Cute area and close to TGH where I needed to be. I am sorry to say I would not return here to stay. but with a few adjustments this could be ok. The bedroom was crowded with the crib and there is no dresser space just very small tables beside the bed. The blinds in the bedroom did not work very well. Folks outside could see in and I felt like I could not be private inside the bedroom or sit in the living room without feeling someone would be staring into the room.
