Welcome to a Destin Pointe oasis, a spacious 5-bedroom beach retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Located in the exclusive gated community of Destin Pointe, this home features a private heated pool, access to Destin Pointe's private beach, and plenty of room for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

Nestled in Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, Destin Pointe offers 3,000 feet of private deeded beach access, three community pools, two lakes, tennis courts, and gated security. Guests are just minutes from Destin's best restaurants, boating, fishing, shopping, and entertainment.

Enjoy your own private heated pool, outdoor dining area, and gas grill - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The home's spacious wrap-around porch provides another inviting space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Traveling with little ones? We provide a highchair and Pack-in-Play with mattress to help make your stay more comfortable and convenient.

Our home is cleaned by professional housekeepers and quality inspected before each arrival.

*Starter Pack includes basic travel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

BEACH ACCESS - Enjoy easy access to two Destin Pointe beaches. The East Pass beach (jetty side) is just a five-minute walk from the home and offers calmer waters ideal for families or fishing enthusiasts. The private Gulf-side beach, featuring Destin's iconic sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters, is approximately a seven-minute walk from the home. You can access that beach through an entrance located at the community's beachfront infinity pool. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through La Dolce Vida (866-651-1869). The home also includes four beach chairs and a beach wagon for guest use.

INFINITY POOL OVERLOOKING THE GULF - This community pool overlooks the private beach for guests and homeowners of Destin Pointe. The views are amazing!

KITCHEN - The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, a combo Keurig/coffee maker, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family meals.

LIVING & DINING ROOM - The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering and relaxation. Large French doors open directly onto the wrap-around porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. With ample seating,--a large dining table (seats 8), bar stools (4), and a comfortable sectional sofa--there's plenty of space for family and friends to spend time together.

BEDROOMS & BEDS -
Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a private en suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, and a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool (upstairs)

Bedroom 2 features a king bed, a full bath (also connected to the hallway), and a flat screen TV (upstairs)

Bedroom 3 features a twin-over-full bunkbed with a twin trundle, and a private en suite bathroom (upstairs)

Bedroom 4 features a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and direct pool access. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 5 (downstairs)

Bedroom 5 features 2 twin beds. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4 (downstairs)

A full-size sleeper sofa is in the downstairs living area/game room.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA/GAME ROOM - This area includes a full-size sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a multi-functional table with ping pong and pool, and arcade games.

LAUNDRY - There is a stackable washer and dryer available for your convenience.

BACKYARD - There is a private backyard with a pool, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table (seats 6), and gas grill. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $50 per night.

PRIVATE POOL - Absolutely no unattended children or glass in the pool area. The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the pool. The pool will be professionally cleaned every Monday and Friday during high season (March - September) and on Mondays the remainder of the year.

REFUND POLICY - Please see refund policy. There are NO REFUNDS allowed for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the hosts' control.

PARKING - There are 2 parking spaces in home's driveway. Parking passes will be provided upon arrival at the security gate. The parking passes must be clearly displayed. Additional vehicles should be parked in the overflow lot near the tennis courts and Magnolia House. Please do not park on the street. Please note that RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the community. Storage facilities and local marinas are close by for your convenience. Please plan accordingly.

SMOKING POLICY - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any damage.

QUIET HOURS - As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (10pm to 10am) are strictly enforced by the community of Destin Pointe. Violation of any noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS - Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy for the house is 14 individuals, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host. A breach of this rule will also result in the guests being asked to leave the house.

PARTIES/EVENTS - Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

AGE LIMIT - Must be 25 years or older to book this property and must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

Golf cart rentals and electric/motorized scooters are NOT permitted in Destin Pointe.
