Walk to beach & shops! Lovely 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage across the street from NB Yacht Club, Sail Loft, Farm & Coast & other charms of Padanaram Village. 2 floors. Nice EIK with island, master BR w/views of Padanaram Harbor. 2 parking spots. Large gardens & yard, koi pond, firepit, grill. Large back yard is fully fenced, good for wandering dogs, and, upon request, events are possible. Very large great room w/windows galore, ping-pong table. 2 kayaks, 2 SUP, and 2 bikes, can all be provided for guest use upon request.
