This newly renovated home has lots to offer. The house is a 2-bedroom, one bath, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Sit and relax on the deck that is surrounded by nature and birds. You can also enjoy a great grilled meal on the deck as well. My favorite is sitting on the deck with my morning coffee and watching the birds feed. The property is beautifully landscaped, which gives you a wonderful feeling of seclusion, but being minutes away from a private beach. The owner (me) lives in a studio cottage located on the property, with ample amount of space/privacy one is looking for.

The location is perfect! The beautiful quiet neighborhood is great for strolling to the beach. One mile from Padanaram Village/Harbor, where you will find charming shops and great restaurants. The next town over in Westport, there is the picturesque Horseneck Beach. Also, in close proximity you can visit historical New Bedford, Newport RI, Cape Cod, or take the ferry to Malthas Vineyard, Nantucket, or Block Island.

*Rest assured that I am taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Perfect for a stay vacation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Family Friendly Place

This was the perfect getaway for my family to visit us while they met our newborn son. It was clean & beautifully setup to have family dinners. Also, walking around the neighborhood was quaint & perfect to take-in all the various views of the area. Would love to stay here again with my family.

We had a lovely stay at Kaios’s cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the outdoor space just wonderful! We loved sitting on the private deck with woods and wildlife around us. There is access to a swimming beach just 5” walk away .

Serene, beautiful, comfortable home.

Walk to town and enjoy excellent food and the best ice cream in MA. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, zen-like atmosphere amidst trees and flowers. Walk to private family beach where there is safe swimming, life guards and sand to dig in. Quiet air conditioners keep home cool when the weather gets hot but the sea breezes waft in all day. We could not have enjoyed this property more and the owner is delightful. TEN STARS.

Our host was always response and engaging. The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Great community with lots to do. The New Bedford offerings were great! I would rent again.

Very comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel like I hit the jackpot in its location. I felt totally safe. I took a lovely walk to a village, Padarama (sp?), and hit the local yarn shop. Met friends at Sailing Loft for lunch. Great place. The house was warm (I’m up from Florida) which was a delight. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely and the decor is unique and fun. The location is excellent, a peaceful area close to restaurants. The owner is very personable and promptly addresses any questions. There is a binder with all information needed: locking system, TV stations, to locations of provisions and products.

Stayed for a wedding

Beauty 1950s home. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Owner was always responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by its own private grove of trees. We were amused by the wildlife from sqirrels and chipmunks to turkeys and salamanders. Perfect for a fsmily of 4
