Located just 50 feet from the shoreline, this spacious top-floor end unit offers an unforgettable Hawaii experience with front-row seats to sunsets, whales (in season), and crashing surf.
Set within a quiet, gated 17-acre oceanfront community, you'll enjoy lush tropical landscaping, swaying coconut palms, a large swimming pool, BBQ pavilions, and three lighted tennis courts. Walk to Keauhou Shopping Center, restaurants, cinemas, and Kahaluʻu Beach Park—one of the Big Island's top snorkeling spots.
This 1,700 sq ft penthouse-style condo features soaring 20-ft vaulted ceilings, a unique loft suite, and a wraparound tiled lanai with seating for eight—perfect for dining, relaxing, or soaking in Kona's famous sunsets. As an end unit, it captures cooling ocean and mountain breezes throughout.

The trolley runs seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with buses arriving approximately every 60 minutes. The general one-way fare is just $2.

Absolutely Outstanding

Using VRBO for 20 years, I can honestly say this was the best unit we've ever experienced. It was so well stocked with everything a family would need, things were so well labeled (remotes, cabinets, drawers), and the view was simply spectacuar! Being right on the ocean and witnessing the best sunsets, set the property apart from all others we rented! I would recommend this condo to anybody & everybody!!!

Could not have been more perfect. With two young adult children, the three bedrooms and three bathrooms made for comfortable stay for all. Everything was clean, spacious and in perfect working order. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and dinning room for cooking and falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. Didn't need the AC in January with breeze, stairs were good exercise for us young and young at heart. Highly recommended for family stays.

Beautiful place to stay, relax and unwind. Owner is easy to work with. Everything you need is right there in condo. Go to Walmart for anything you need priced very reasonable.. Be aware that most everything closes down early evening on the island.

Great Big Island vacation

This was a beautiful place at a beautiful location. Spending the evenings sitting out on the lanai watching the ocean and sunset while enjoying drinks and dinner was perfect! Especially after a busy day exploring the island.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this condo. Other than sleeping, we probably spent 90% of our time on the lanai. What a beautiful view of the breaking waves! Everything about this property is exceptional.
