If you plan to bring your own watercraft, please contact us in advance so we can help coordinate launch logistics.



The Neighborhood:

Mill Run is a quiet waterfront community — one of the most sought-after stretches of the lake for its calm water, year-round warm temperatures, and the absence of public-side boat traffic.



Grocery stores (Food Lion, Dollar General) are approximately 10-20 minutes away. We recommend stocking up on arrival day!



Getting Around:

A car is required to get around. The property is in a quiet residential lakefront neighborhood — restaurants, shops, and marinas all require a short drive.



Free parking is available on-site for up to 5 vehicles, plus free street parking. No parking or driving on the grass, please.



The front door uses a smart lock — your unique entry code will be sent before arrival.

**Important Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours:10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 5 vehicles. No parking or driving on grass please!

- No events, no parties, no outside guests

- No smoking anywhere on the property

- Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. No size or breed restrictions.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless smart door locks and give you space to enjoy your stay — but we're always available if you have questions, need anything, or run into an issue.
