This spot is a great jumping off spot. It is minutes from the Grand Old Opry and close to highways for more distant exploration of the Nashville area. The space was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we could possibly need, including a washer and dryer and everything was clean and new. The mattress, linens, and towels were high quality and very comfortable. Occasionally you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking about but it was never too late at night.Marcus was a great host. The mark of a great host is not what they do when everything is perfect, but how they respond when there is a problem. We had a small issue with a missing item when we arrived at about 7 pm. We had the missing item by 8:30 pm. Communication and action taken was outstanding (thank you!). We will definitely stay again if we are back in this area.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property during our first visit to Nashville, Tennessee. The hosts were phenomenal. Every question we had was answered promptly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for everything we came to do. The only minor personal preference was that the bed was a little softer than we would have liked.Our biggest concern was the noise from the upstairs unit. Although the property has quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, they were unfortunately not observed on Friday and Saturday nights. We heard heavy footsteps, furniture being dragged, doors slamming, and constant pounding overhead. At times, it honestly sounded like construction was taking place above us. We even tried using white noise, but it wasn’t enough to drown out the constant noise.After two sleepless nights, we had to leave early for an 8½-hour drive home, which was exhausting and raised safety concerns.This feedback is not directed at the wonderful hosts but is simply a suggestion for future stays. A reminder to upstairs guests/owners about the quiet-hours policy and the presence of guests below could make a significant difference. Other than the noise issue, we truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the hospitality. Chicagos restaurant 10/10‼‼

If you are looking for the absolute perfect place to stay while visiting Nashville, then this is your sign to complete your booking. This is truly a gem in Nashville! The condo is very bright and charming. The kitchen has everything you need including a fully stocked coffee bar for your enjoyment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well. This place was extremely clean and smelled really nice. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable and you will be well rested for the next day. The keyless entry getting into the building as well as the keyless entry to enter the condo was seamless and very convenient. The neighborhood and location is very nice and clean. You are only about 17 minutes from Broadway Street. Just down the street from the condo there are lots of coffee bars, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. My husband and I follow a vegan lifestyle and this was a phenomenal location to access Be-Hive Sandwich Shop, AVO, Graze, Guerilla Bizkits and Sunflower Bakehouse to just name a few. Marcus was always available if we had a question and responded quickly. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Nashville.
