This townhouse-style vacation home furnishes you with a picturesque view of the nearby golf course and fishing lagoon from the patio. A few steps outside of your yard lies a shared swimming pool for residents.



This townhome is located in the Sea Pines Plantation area, which is close to several major attractions, ranging from golf to dining and shopping to watersports equipment rentals. If you like to stay in motion, you’ll certainly appreciate a visit to the Van der Meer Tennis Academy that lies but a stroll from your front door. If you prefer more measured sports, the Shipyard Golf Club or the nearby lagoons each offer opportunities for golfers and fishing enthusiasts alike.



Within your vacation home, you’ll find a master bedroom with with a VCR, TV, vaulted ceiling, and a private bathroom with a skylight. The second bedroom can sleep younger guests with its twin beds, TV, and easy accessibility to the fully appointed hall bathroom. Great location in Sea Pines. Pool across the street and 3 min. Walk to beach. Enjoyed watching gators, turtles and birds in the back door lagoon. Only complaint was TVs not working in 2 bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton head. The villa was perfect for our family and we hope to come back another time. We love the gated community and the short distance to the beach as well.

The proximity to the beach, food, golf, and Harbor Town is unbeatable. The villa has a closet full of beach toys and chairs and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Perfect for a family of 5.
