The Space:

The Alexander Beach House is a third-row, two-story home located in the desirable North Forest Beach area. This beautiful, coastal home features gorgeous landscaping, a private deck, and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen!



As you walk through the front door, you'll see a staircase leading to the main level. The bottom level houses a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a laundry room for your swimsuits, and a living area with full size bunk beds for additional sleeping. The living area also has access to the ground level patio for sunny summer days.



Upstairs, you'll find the main living space, which is open to a sitting area and dining room. The living room features a large flat screen TV, free WiFi, comfortable seating, and access to the top deck, where you can grill with friends and loved ones after a day at the beach. The newly remodeled kitchen features custom cabinetry, new appliances, and granite countertops.

The location is excellent, the house was spotless, and we had plenty of room! It took 2 minutes to walk from the door to the sand, 3 minutes to drive to Coligney Plaza/Beach, and 2 minutes to the bike path. If you are traveling with anyone who is older or has trouble with stairs, the interior stairs are steep, but the outside ones are easy. We had a great time overall!

This beautiful house is a very short walk to the stunning beach for sunrise walks and all day bike rides and fun. So convenient to shops and restaurants, also. Loved every minute

Great vacation for a family

What a wonderful home! We were able to spend the weekend there with a 3 y/o, easier to get to the beach than most condos "on the beach" and it was quiet both at the beach and in the neighborhood. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Alexander Beach House. It was the perfect fit for our family with teenagers and a great location. Walk to beach; bike to plaza for shopping and dining. The home is freshly updated and very functional.
