Nice Condo, Good Location

Very clean and tidy. King bed in master bedroom is a bit too soft and mushy, but overall the place is comfortable for 2-3 adults. Close to beach access and the bathroom cabana just off the beach is very very handy!

An excellent vacation spot

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as described and very clean. Our only complaint which is super minor is that we wish there were more towels provided. Laundry was on site but it would have been nice to have a few more towels. Location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach. Would definitely book again on our next trip to Hilton head. Also had great customer service when checking in, there was a minor issue with the ac and it was dealt with in a quick and timely manner with friendly service!

Nice place to stay. Very clean. However, the owner of the property might want to do a better job about being proactive about taking care of the AC and one of the shower drains were clogged and was soon to become a real problem where it wasn't going to drain at all.

Feels like home

Awesome stay. Super clean! Kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked many meals! Beds are very comfortable and we slept great! Tons of chairs, umbrellas, etc available at the beach unit, and the new beach cart is phenomenal. Thoroughly enjoyed this property! Also, love the chairs in the living room recline! Great reading spot!

Convenient location but underwhelming condo

No ability to check in early with a family until 4 is tough. Especially when checkout for us was 10. 6 hours seems like plenty of time to turn a place over. Cut my foot on the stairs and our fridge broke. Many of the amenities in the unit were low end. Location was great.

Pictures make it look good but...

Broken blinds, dirty rear lagoon and hard to find pools make this stay forgettable. Will be more careful next time.

Clean!

Our place was exactly as the photos showed! Very clean which is always the deal breaker. Location was perfect as far as walking distance to the beach. This unit does have a beach/utility wagon on site! Made that walk to the beach so easy and convenient. If there was one downside, it would be that the bathrooms are a tight squeeze but otherwise it was a great week for us! We hope to be back next summer😎

Nice place!

Freshly updated and perfect size for our family of four. Comfortable beds! Our only complaint is they only provide one spare roll of TP (for four adults). Our only suggestion is to provide a new beach cart--due to lots of love and use, it has seen better days (the front tires kept coming off the wheels and it's tearing in some places. It got the job done, but is nearing the end of its useful life ;) Very much appreciate that the unit had four beach chairs (three loungers), sun umbrella, games for the beach!

The condo was clean, one little pet peeve was the king mattress fitted sheet was way too small and kept slipping off definitely needs an appropriate size. The dishwasher was in lock mode which made us think it didn’t work so had to txt a fix it ticket and got a respond within a short period of time. Maintenance fixed issue and we were back in business. We really enjoyed how close the condo proximity is to the beach 5 minute walk. We walked to the pool which isn’t far but can be a little confusing walking because path is around other condo units. Maybe a little direction arrow sign would be helpful to navigate to the pool. We had a great time keeping busy doing things around the island. Such a sweet active area and lovely nature paths all around. Most definitely will be back.

Nice place

We stayed a week in June 2022 with 2 adults and 2 kids. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Unit provided beach chairs and a couple of toys/games, but we brought our own. We do have some suggestions on how to make this place better: Add ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Add a large trash can for kitchen. Upgrade to better quality furniture as budget allows (side table in LR is falling apart). Having a desk space in dining room nook near stairs would be helpful. Definitely needs extra lighting in both bedrooms. Replace the vertical blinds in LR. (They’re horrible and kept falling off the track). Blinds for kitchen window. Add Full length mirror in master bedroom, behind door. Add Extra curtain panel in master bedroom as the current ones don’t cover the whole window. If we were to stay in this complex again, we would choose a unit closer to the Main Street and/or at one of the pools for convenience. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Cute unit! Had a good amount of space for 4. Short walk to beach. Coligny is just over 1/2 mile away - easy walk or there are free shuttles too. Nice pools.

Perfectly Appointed!

This well appointed condominium was perfect for our family of adults. Spacious, beautifully decorated and a quick walk to the beach. We loved the turtles…there are so many of them…in the fountained pond. Will be staying again!

Comfortable Getaway

Clean and comfortable unit with uplifting beach-themed decor. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the pond and watching the turtles. Ten-minute stroll to the beach via a paved path across a two-lane street. There are two pools a few doors down from the condo that were clean and quiet. Unit is within driving distance of Coligny Park. Condo information states that it sleeps 6. Yes, it does, but I wouldn't say that it would sleep 6 comfortably. Two adults and 4 children could use this condo, but it would be snug for 6 adults. The master bedroom was nice. Loved the floor-to-ceiling window. There was a problem with the doors on the bedroom and the bathroom, however. There are some leveling issues, so neither door would stay open, The barn door used for the bathroom was nice, but it seems as if it was just removed from the hinges and hung on the rollers. The bathroom door had a 1/4 inch gap on each side so it was easy to see inside the bathroom. Replacing the bathroom door with a full-sized door would be helpful in giving future residents the privacy they should expect while staying here. Overall, it was a nice unit and a nice area to visit.

Great getaway!
