The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private sliding glass door to the sprawling balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower with a handheld shower head and built-in bench. It also holds a double vanity and oval garden tub. The junior suite contains a queen and ensuite full bathroom. That ensuite bathroom boasts a spacious, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains a a twin/twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is off of the dining area and holds a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head.

In addition to the living room, there is also a Florida room near the front door designed for pure relaxation while overlooking the breathtaking view of the Halifax River and lively city below. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the oceanfront dining room has seating for 8 guests. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
