The Space:

Centrally located in the heart of Destin and packed with amenities, this Gulf-front resort has something for every family member! From outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, and a steam room, and an outdoor tiki bar (seasonal), every day is filled with adventure. Plus, with a workout facility, a gift shop, and complimentary DVD rentals, you may never want to leave! Our friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1408 is a bright and cheerful one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. This gorgeous retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and awe-inspiring views. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere that complements comfortable furnishings. Your whole crew can stretch out and relax in the living room, featuring a sofa, two large recliners, and a flat-screen TV. A private balcony just outside offers stunning views of the beach below and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find several places to enjoy one another's company over morning coffee, whether at the table in the living room or at the breakfast bar with seating for three. Whip up delightful meals for the family in the beautifully appointed kitchen, then relax on the balcony and enjoy breathtaking sunsets each night. Enjoy peaceful sleep in the master suite, with a king-sized bed, while the kids enjoy their own space on twin bunks nestled in the hall. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for two.



Hit the treadmill at the fitness facility, soothe aching muscles in the hot tub, then take a dip in the pool. Before long, the sugar-white sand and emerald waters will call you to the beach, where you can work on that summer tan! Get out and try nearby restaurants, including Bonefish Grill, 790, and Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House on the Destin Harbor. Whether shopping at the Destin Commons, playing in the water at Crab Island, or just enjoying all the family-friendly activities at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, you’ll never run out of things to do in Destin!



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
