Check in and check out was super easy. Place was nice but a little worn. Great beach access with chair service included was awesome! The elevator was scary! Very bumpy and doors banged open and shut. I hated getting on the elevator. The pool is in the front of the building by parking lot. Overall the price and size of the condo we were pleased.

Perfect location!

The location and balcony view is unbeatable. The apartment is very comfortable, but the AC is deficient upstairs. Also cleaning has room for improvement. Overall it was nice, we enjoyed our stay and had an amazing week!!

It’s is exactly as stated

Very nice and comfortable, literally on the beach. My only don’t would be don’t book with your children during spring break lots of F bombs and 30 different songs playing on 30 different speakers.

Great experience!

Excellent place to stay! Very clean! We loved the private beach access too. One umbrella and 2 chairs included for the week was wonderful for guests. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. Be sure to take clothes detergent for the washing machine. The towels that were cleaned for us didn’t smell nice. Everything else was great!

Its all good, the only bad is that we couldnt use the dishwasher cause there was smelly water in the machine, I was afraid to use it

Not a good start to a great finish!

Didn't get into our room until 7:30pm. Was told we could set up umbrellas behind the beach service but was denied doing so by the beach service and office manager on duty. The great finished was my daughter got married on the beach (spur of the moment 1 day planning) and all 7 grandkids had a blast because it was their first time on the beach and seeing the ocean! Thanks TS

Adorable beachfront property

We spent a week enjoying Crystal Beach. This property is a nice economy property. We enjoyed the beachfront at an affordable price. It was lovely to hear that ocean on our front deck. It was nice that we were close enough that are older children could play on the beach and we could watch from our house. The furniture is a little older. This house work great for our family of eight. While it does sleep 12 people it is worthy to note that the table sits 8. And the living room sets 6. The refrigerator was clean and smells like bleach which I appreciated. It was cleaned good but not great. All in all we were pleased with the property and would stay there again.

A very nice place...

This is a beautiful condo. We were there for only a couple of days, but would not hesitate to stay there again. We found just a couple of things that should be fixed. The dishwasher doesn’t work. And there are a few loose floor tiles that have been covered with throw rugs. We liked the rugs, but the bad floor tiles are noticeable when you step on them, even with the rugs. Other than that, the place was great.

Property was very nice, AC was lacking.

Air never got cold up stairs. Called maintenance and only thing they said was to close the vents down stairs. Property was nice but ac couldn’t keep up. Was only allowed to go to 72 or the ac would freeze up and we would have to pay
