Everything about this place is perfect! It is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and most of the downtown spots. Hosts were on top of every aspect of our stay. I would recommend this spot wholeheartedly.

Amazing stay / Perfect location

Loved our stay here. Perfectly tucked away quiet location and walkable to everywhere. (Breakfast/lunch/dinner/all the sights) The Charlestonian staff was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. We will 100% stay here again.

Our group absolutely loved the property! The space was decorated so well and having 3 bedrooms/3 full baths was ideal. The location was great! Very quick walk to great restaurants/shops/etc and the owner George was very helpful. Would love to stay again!

Great Stay at cool location

Really cool restored location behind an restaurant located in a old house, intimate courtyard and beautiful landscaping brings you into a very comfortable apartment. Great communication with the property manager and we had everything we needed. 5 Stars

Beautiful apartment. Worked perfectly for our group of six offering three bedrooms and three private bathrooms. Right off King Street, but a half hour walk to The Battery.

Perfect hidden gem nestled behind lovely restaurant. Located just a hop away from King Street. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Really nice kitchen. Walked everywhere.

What a great spot, very cool porch to have cocktails and walk to dinner. Be weary pulling in the driveway to drop off bags, it’s tight. Overall great spot.

Charming property and great location!

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here!! You can tell the owners take so much pride in their home. The space is so well cared for, charming and comfy. Highly recommend for a stay in Charleston. Great location to downtown, we walked everywhere. There is a delicious soup spot (Ladles) right next door, a bakery a few steps away and a yummy coffee spot. We travelled with two teens and loved that they were able to have their own full bathroom. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful!

The linens on the beds were beautiful, the beds/pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was fully loaded to prepare a meal, and when we needed lightbulbs, they were there in minutes! We will be back at Christmas.

Best Place to stay in Charleston!

We had the best weekend ever celebrating a birthday. This place was immaculate and had all the enmities from home. The owners go way beyond the normal VRB owners. The refrigerator was stocked with beer and soda. We want to stay again soon! This will be the best VBRO you have ever stayed! Can’t wait to go back!!!

50th Bday Surprise Weekend

70 1/2 Cannon was a perfect location for our weekend. We spent our time in Charleston celebrating with friends. Walked everywhere. The home is perfection! So well appointed with everything you need. The communication was impeccable. We WILL be back. Thank you for everything.

Perfect Set-Up!

Loved the fact that the three bedrooms each had their own bathroom. That was a game changer. Everything was nice and clean and well though out. If I even had to have a complaint it would be that the couch was a bit uncomfortable : ) but otherwise we had a great stay and would recommend this place for sure!

Summer Get-a-Way

The location was perfect! Safe neighborhood close to downtown entertainment and food. Renovated home was set up and stocked perfectly for our best friend couples trip. Each couple got their own queen size bed and separate bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. Absolutely loved access to a private porch for early morning coffee or late night beverages. George is an extremely nice gentleman, prompt and helpful in all his correspondence and suggestions. Would definitely stay at this location again if visiting Charleston in the future!
