We carefully chose all the decor and furniture to look great, but also be functional, comfortable, and deliver a 5-Star-Stay. The exposed brick is one of our favorite features! The bedrooms and bathroom are a great size and kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. The open living room is great for hanging out and watching a game. We have a desk for those who need to do some work and exercise equipment as well.

**This unit has multiple ways to adjust the temperature (wall heaters, vents, plug-in fans and heaters) but the thermostat is located in the top unit and of the home so the guests will no have access to that system.

Keypad at the front door. You will have access to the entire downstairs apartment and the back yard. The front yard is available to the upstairs guests only.

This listing includes access to the lower level of the home (two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room) and the backyard. Although it's quiet, the top floor of the property is a separate unit that we live in and rent out from time to time when we're not there.
