We loved our stay!! Great location, very safe neighborhood with a walkable park for those traveling with dogs. Our bed was very comfy with a tv in every room which worked great for football playoffs! This host thought of everything! Oh and the view off the porch was great, the neighbors gave us quite the firework show!

Was ok. Had to stay in the area and options were limited. Was fine for a place to sleep. Pots and pans were not in good condition and need to be replaced. Kitchen has seen a lot of wear and tear. Cleanliness could have been better, perhaps it had just been a long time since it was used/cleaned. However, Dishes and pots were left in dish drain when we arrived, which seemed odd. Wood floors creak loudly when walking. Communication with host was fine

Super clean house in safe neighborhood but close to everything! Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, great location. This is our second stay at this gem and we will be back again!

Lovely stay for business purposes, especially since it is close to main routes and only about 25 min from the airport.Being close to the freeway does make the backyard very noisy though and watch out for splinters and nails on the deck (photo is outdated). Grill needs an overhaul as the grid is completely rusted through and cannot be cooked on anymore.For the rest beautiful clean and really has everything you need. Nice comfy beds with crisp clean linen and towels.Great communication from the host at all times!

Wonderful Place in Quiet Neighborhood

Wonderful small home in a homey neighborhood. House was clean and well-appointed. Bed was fantastic! Owner was available to assist but we had no problems! We will stay here again when we visit Atlanta!

Very Nice Place

Great house and location. Very clean and comfortable. Appliances, furniture and beds are all newer and high quality. Screen porch and nice backyard. Perfect place for a couple or family. One bathroom could be a limiting factor for more than one couple. Big kitchen table for gathering. TV's in den, and every bedroom and the wifi works great. No complaints!

Amazing property

Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Michelle, our host, responds quickly whenever you have questions. This was our 2nd two week stay at this property and would definitely book there again when visiting the Atlanta area.

I could Live there in a VRBO for the reasons below:

Beautiful. Amazingly well stocked big kitchen and house is well stocked in general. Very well maintained. I could live there and leave all my worldly possessions behind! Location is 5 minutes to Publix, and to I-75 entrance/exit. Mostly I visited my daughter via I 75 , Exit 252 to 258 and took 12-15 minutes. Is near midtown and Buckhead. I was able to avoid most of the annoying Atlanta traffic by staying on I 75 when possible, and timing direction of busy traffic flows, or rerouting without highways. Michelle is kind and considerate. You could not ask for a better host. I've stayed there twice, once for 5 months and once for 2 months. And it was perfect for me and my 2 well behaved dogs. I found it peaceful and relaxing and convenient. Location is near the most beautiful parts of Atlanta, when you want to avoid highways, And several Whole Foods nearby! Other VRBO's I've stayed in are not necessarily as good as this one.

Great little place

This was a great location for us. I had surgery in Atlanta and this was a perfect recovery home. It is a quiet neighborhood that is safe. Its close to grocery, restaurants, spas. Anything you need is here. The bed is so comfortable you just sink into it! I would highly recommend this rental.

Underwood Hills escape

A cozy home with a nice yard and private deck in a lovely quiet neighborhood hidden in the middle of Atlanta with optimal access to all parts of the city and within a few short minutes to almost anything.

Couldn’t be happier!

10/10 for this property. It was exactly what I expected based on photos and communications with the host were seamless. If you’re looking to stay close to the city and want a little more room than just a condo/apartment, this is the place to book. Quiet neighborhood and very easy to get to everything around you.

Perfect Size!

Safe and easy access to downtown

We went to a Braves game and a few parks. About 15 minutes from the stadium. Was clean, convenient and allowed our dog to stay.

I had to call owner to get check in information at which point she informed me, hours before my stay, that she would have to cancel because the air conditioner was out.
