The A/C unit is in a vented closet next to the bed. Very loud! I wear hearing aids and even with them out it woke me up every time it came on. I would compare it to a Harley Davidson cranking up! Also, when we checked in the parking pass would not raise the gate.. I had to take a ticket to open the gate. I thought I might have been doing something with the pass that made it not read. Upon checking out the pass did not let me out. I did not contact our host during our stay because I just thought I was doing something wrong with the pass. But a local who uses the parking deck regularly stopped to help me. They looked at my card and said it was an old card and the cards were replaced two weeks ago! The local helped me to contact help on the exit machine and talked to someone who I had to give them my name and condo number, and then they opened the gate for me. This took over 30 minutes and because we had to be out by 10:00 am my wife had to wait in the elevator lobby with our luggage, etc before we could load the car. To be fair I never called our host after we left as I was very distaught about them not knowing the old card needed to be replaced. My wife thought the Hard Leather sofa was very uncomfortable. We don't smoke but cigarette smoke makes me sick and it could be a neighbor who lives next door but we couldn't sit on the balcony much for the constant smell of the cigarette smoke.... Other than that it had a nice view.
