Because of Florida’s tropical environment, it’s normal to occasionally see insects (including palmetto bugs) even in very well maintained homes. The property is on a regular professional pest-control schedule, but we ask guests to help by keeping doors and windows closed and sealing food or trash properly. If you notice anything concerning during your stay, please message us right away so we can address it quickly.
