There is a private studio attached to the property that is listed and rented separately on VRBO. It has its own fully fenced area, its own private entrance, and its own dedicated parking — completely independent from the main house. The studio has absolutely no access to the main home, the pool, or any of its amenities, so your privacy and comfort are always fully protected.

Enjoyed Paradise

We stayed here for a few days prior to our cruise as a family of 6 adults and 1 child. The home was perfect for our group—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great way to relax before setting sail. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was convenient. We'd definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Great stay for family event

The owner was very responsive. The home is well designed, clean and comfortable. The location from the airport and for our family gatherings was perfect. Shopping is just down the road. We were very happy with this rental.

Daughter graduated from UTampa

Very clean and comfortable accessible to highway and shopping. Loved the four full bedrooms and the laundry was conveniently located. Plenty of parking and neighbors were friendly. Towels and bedding were clean and nice too!! I can tell the owner is in the process of making more additions as the blinds were paper but they worked and overall it was a great stay!!

We did not stat. After arriving at the property we realized there was a tenant in the garage. Also, we would have to park on the side of the house and carry our luggage through the grass around the house as the tenant had the only parking space in front of the garage

I truly value every guest who stays at my property, and I always strive to provide a wonderful experience. I take pride in being transparent and including as many details as possible in the listing so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Regarding your concerns, there is a walkway that provides easy access from the parking area, and it’s just a few extra steps around the side of the house. When you mentioned the inconvenience, I also offered access through the side fence to make things easier. As for parking, the space directly in front of the garage belongs to the separate studio, which is clearly noted in the listing. Most guests actually appreciate that there are four total parking spaces available for convenience. I understand your husband was hoping for parking directly in front of the home, but unfortunately, that’s just how I originally purchased the property. Even though VRBO confirmed that my listing was accurate, I still chose to issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill because guest satisfaction is very important to me. I’m always here to help and keep improving so future guests can have the best experience possible.

Thanksgiving Travel

WHAT A GEM!!! The accommodations were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Attention to detail make the home cozy and welcoming. The stunning salt water pool, (heated upon request) was what drew me to this amazing property. IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. It truly is amazing! Antonio is the perfect host. His response to any questions I had was without delay. We had the perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone. I give this property five stars+ Thank you for a wonderful time!!!

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. This is an older home but they did an incredible job with the renovation. The a/c was set to 78 when we arrived which is very warm for Fl in June. Thankfully however, it cooled down by the time we went to bed the first night. The "supplies" were minimal (only 2 pool towels, one bath towel per person/no extras, only one extra trash bag). I definitely recommend bringing those extras with you. For the owners, I would installing a tv in at least one of the extra bedrooms and perhaps upgrading the mattresses (they are very firm). The bed in the master bedroom was much better. Also, the pool light didn't come on at night and we weren't able to locate the switch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return! The things I mentioned above were minor inconveniences.
