This house was perfect for our family in town for our oldest son’s ring dunk. Plenty of beds, huge kitchen with 2 refrigerators and plenty of entertainment with a pool table & pickle ball court.

The home is amazing! Very nice and super spacious. Loved it. It has everything you need. The only thing I would recommend is for them to get maybe more pans to cook. Being that the home is for big groups, they need more than one pan to cook food on. All the rooms are super nice and comfy. Hosted my daughter's graduation dinner, and it was perfect.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the sink in the common half bath was clogged from beginning and it was not addressed, so the water started overflowing from sink and we couldn’t use that half bath for the entire stay. The grass of the property was also not cut. The owner had to check all these things before the stay. Other than these inconveniences we had a good stay with our friends.

Rosemary, Thank you for your stay with us. I am so thankful you were understanding of the 4th of July Weekend and not able to get a plumber out until the next day due to the Holliday. This is a newly installed sink in this half bathroom and something got backed up. We are grateful that this home is so big and there are 11 sinks in the home to use. Thank you for your grace and I am sorry for your trouble.

The House is nice and plenty of open space inside and out. We enjoyed our stay, but the listing for the house is inaccurate. The listing stated that there were 3 murphy’s beds in the living room, there were not. I reached out to the host and she said it’s actually 3 queen air mattresses, not murphy’s beds as the listing states.Also 1 of the rooms did not have the amount of beds that the listing stated. (Bedroom 6)This was a lil frustrating as we made plans off of this information! Over all it’s a beautiful home.

We stayed at this house for an Aggie game weekend. We had 12 people (11 adults and one child) staying at the house. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The house was clean with plenty of towels. We used the pickleball court, ping pong table and pool table. It was nice to have something to do besides watch tv. There was plenty of parking. The house is about 10 minutes from Kyle field, and far enough out to feel like you have some privacy. The shelves in the kitchen refrigerator were a bit janky, but there is a what looked like brand new fridge/freezer in the pantry that we didn’t even notice until we were preparing to check out. Also, it would be nice if the host would add a few hangers to the closets. Of note, several of the bedrooms that note multiple beds in them actually have a queen with a twin bunk on top. They are shown in the pictures but not listed as bunks in the bedroom description. We would stay at this house again, and would recommend to others.

Great property and great host! If you are in College Station and have a big group you should check out this property! We were in town for a basketball tournament and had the team and parents stay here and it was perfect! We will definitely stay again!
