This 1-bedroom, 1-bath space is bright, beachy, and comfy, featuring a queen bed + full sleeper sofa—perfect after a full day in the sun (or doing absolutely nothing… no judgment).

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grills by the pool area, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to bring your own fuel.

Rules
• You must be 25 year old to book this condo
• No Pets
• A parking pass will be provided and must be displayed clearly. Parking passes are chipped and expensive to replace. Please ensure you leave your parking pass on the counter when you leave. Lost parking passes will result in a $50 replacement fee.
• Occupancy Limits: A maximum of 1 vehicle and 4 people are allowed for this condo. Exceeding this limit may result in Sand Castle managers asking you to leave immediately, with no refund given.

By booking a property with Starfish Vacation Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out details will be provided one the day prior to arrival.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Occupancy & Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:

Follow all house rules

Not exceed the maximum occupancy

Treat the property with care

The booking guest is responsible for all members of their party.

3. Pets & Service Animals
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties.

Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Emotional support animals must follow the property’s pet policy.

4. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Maintenance & Amenities
We strive to keep all amenities in working order. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary outages or issues beyond our control.

Please report any problems promptly so we can address them.

6. Liability
Starfish Vacations is not responsible for:

Accidents, injuries, or illness

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Events outside of our control

Guests assume all risk during their stay.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations for violations of these terms.

8. Natural Water Hazards - We want you to enjoy the water safely, so please take a moment to review the following:
Our waterfront properties are located in a natural coastal environment. Oysters and other marine life may attach to docks, ladders, and surrounding surfaces.

Oyster shells are extremely sharp and can cause serious cuts

Guests should use caution when in or near the water

Water shoes are strongly recommended

Do not climb on or handle oyster-covered surfaces

Swim at your own risk.

No Lifeguard on Duty
There are no lifeguards at any of our properties.

All water activities, including swimming and fishing, are at your own risk

Children must be supervised at all times

Pool Safety (Where Applicable)
Some properties include access to private or community pools.

Guests agree to the following:

No lifeguard is on duty—use of the pool is at your own risk

Children must be supervised at all times

No diving unless clearly marked as safe for diving

No running, rough play, or glass near the pool area

Follow all posted pool rules

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group while using the pool.
