Welcome to Beachside Serenity Retreat, your peaceful coastal escape! This single-level duplex unit is designed for families and small groups, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

The space features:
A cozy living area with a sleep sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements.
A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals.
A master bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed.
A second bedroom with another queen bed, perfect for kids or extra guests.
One full bathroom and one half-bath (1.5 baths total).

Step outside and enjoy the vast 9.5-acre property, offering a quiet, private setting with plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach.

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire duplex unit (Unit 1), which includes its own private entrance.

You are also welcome to enjoy the shared open spaces of the expansive 9.5-acre property. Please be mindful that this is a shared outdoor space with the adjacent unit.

Getting around is primarily car-friendly, with smooth connections to Manasota Key, Dearborn Street’s shops and dining, and surrounding Gulf Coast communities. The area is quiet and residential, making it ideal for those who enjoy a laid-back lifestyle while still being within a short drive of everyday conveniences.

Grill Use: A propane gas grill is available. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane tank and cleaning the grill thoroughly after each use.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you started, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, linens, towels, starter toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests should plan to purchase or bring their own additional supplies, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available at no extra charge.
Property Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It also receives monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing to ensure your comfort.
Trash Collection: County trash and recycling pickup is on Thursday. Please place bins by the curb on collection day.
Cameras: Two external cameras are outside. One in the front and one in the back.
Pets: Two pets under 40 pounds are allowed at an additional fee per pet per stay.
