Things to Note:
- Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
- Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.

House Rules:
-A golf cart is included with the property for your use. To activate access, we'll need a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a signed Golf Cart Liability Form. Please contact us if you'd like to use the cart so we can get everything set up. Guests will be charged the replacement cost for any lost golf cart keys.
-Parking: the home can accommodate 3 cars comfortably in the front gravel area. The sandy area behind the house does not belong to this property and guests are not permitted to park there or you will be subject to towing.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 charge.
- This property is NOT pet friendly.
- Parties and events strictly prohibited. If there is any indication that a party or gathering is taking place, the group will immediately be asked to leave and will forfeit any possibility of a refund.
