This charming beach-to-bay condo is perfect for families, boaters, and anglers alike, offering the unique advantage of private Gulf beach access on one side and a community dock on the bay side. Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds, whether you’re building sandcastles with the kids or launching your kayak for a day of fishing.





Families will appreciate the safe, walkable island setting, where children can splash in the heated community pool or explore the quiet beach. The shaded outdoor areas and on-site gas grills make it easy to unwind and enjoy meals together without the hassle of crowded attractions.





For boating enthusiasts, the community dock on Lemon Bay provides quick access to the Intracoastal Waterway, perfect for fishing or leisurely cruising. Spend your days swimming, paddleboarding, or simply soaking in the breathtaking Gulf-side sunsets just steps from your door. The complex has limited boat slips available. Renters must get HOA approval prior to occupancy if they want to bring a boat. It is not a guarantee that approval will be given. Boats and trailers cannot be parked in the parking lot.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the well equipped condo. The condo was in a great location on the bay and an easy walk to the beach.

This property was perfect for us! I would suggest this place for a couple or young family. The place was so quaint and super clean! There’s a kcup coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, soap and enough supplies to get you through at least three days…so many things we did not have to worry about upon arrival! You can watch the sunrise on the bay from the screened in porch and walk just a few steps to the beach to watch the sunset. This town was so quiet and easy to traverse and the location was absolutely perfect! We loved Venice shopping district and Dearborn Street! The condo provides a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and even supplies to comb the beach for shark teeth. If we return to Manasota Key, we will definitely book again! Thanks, Chris, for a wonderful stay!

This property was in a perfect location between Lemon Bay and the Gulf (we stayed on the Bay side). Unit was spotless and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Nice touch that there was bottled water, In Kind protein bars and a bag of chips waiting for us! Also, there was a small issue with the A/C but Chris with the VueStay Management Company quickly addressed it - great customer service! Highly recommend this property!

Great Location, Great Service!You can’t beat this location! We loved watching the sunrise from our own private bayside deck (or down at the condo’s dock) and walking just 5 minutes to the gulf side for the sunset.The gulf beach is beautiful! It’s a bit rough on sensitive feet until you get closer to the water, though. You can spend hours searching for shark teeth, seeing thousands of shells, or simply swimming in the water or laying out on the beach. Just make sure to set up your beach chairs directly in front of the Sunburst condos, as the neighboring properties own the beach areas in front of their buildings.Listing clarifications: The unit is on the bayside (the listing made it look like the gulf side), and the "private" pool is shared by the Sunburst complex, not private to the unit. I asked the host about these beforehand, so we knew what to expect, and they mentioned updating the listing. Regardless, the pool was clean, never crowded, and my kids loved it!AC & Service: On our second night, the AC struggled, and the indoor temp climbed to 84F. I contacted the property manager, Chris, who was fantastic to work with. He immediately sent technicians out. While the AC struggled for the rest of our stay, Chris was incredibly accommodating and even provided fans to help circulate the air.Overall: Because of Chris's great communication and the unbeatable location, I would definitely recommend this unit, assuming the air conditioning has been fully fixed!
