Experience the ultimate beachfront getaway at this light-filled condo in Ocean City, where soft golden sand and cool Atlantic waves are a quick elevator ride away. When you're not surfing, beachcombing, or building sandcastles, this oceanfront property gives you access to an outdoor pool, a sundeck, a fitness room, shuffleboard, and sun-splashed picnic areas overlooking the beach. The new photos highlight the great changes that have been made this offseason, including upgraded bedding, sofas, and barstools. Conveniently located near local businesses and popular attractions, this condo offers both relaxation and convenience. Here at 94th Street, you'll be close to Northside Park (two miles), the Ocean City Boardwalk (four miles), and all sorts of dining and shopping along Coastal Highway. This spacious, third-floor condo - located on the side of its oceanfront building - is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Greet each morning outside on the balcony, where you can sip your coffee in cushioned seats and breathe in the fragrant ocean breeze. Back inside, relax in the sunny living room, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and play after-dinner board games around the large dining room table. Watch movies on cable and DVD late into the evenings and sleep soundly in two bedrooms - each paired with a full bathroom.



Things to Know



You must park in your 1 assigned space, 307. A parking fee is in effect from May 1st through the end of September. It's $65, weekly. Parking fee must be paid at the management office, located on first floor of building . If after hours and building office is closed please go register in the morning. Failure to pay the parking fee may result in ticket/tow. Additional spots may be available for purchase at the management office's discretion. The parking clearance is 7 feet. The assigned parking will not accommodate oversized vehicles. Please ensure to display any necessary permit at all times.

The location of this condo is great, so close to the beach. The condo itself could use some TLC as it has a musty smell, the A/C struggled and the WiFi was spotty. While that was annoying the big problem was the mice. We didn’t see any until the morning that we left when one ran out from under the fridge.

Please know we have local teams on standby ready to address reported items during your visit so you may get back to enjoying your vacation with little to no disruption. Mice can occasionally become a seasonal concern in beach communities, particularly as temperatures cool and they begin seeking warmer, sheltered spaces. We understand how concerning this can be and take reports of any pest activity seriously. We have reported the mouse to the property owner who is working directly with the building management to assist in preventing further issues. Thank you again for sharing your experience and we do hope that you will allow us the opportunity for another visit in the near future.

Thank you for reporting these issues. We appreciated the opportunity to address the towels by providing additional and offering to replace any in need during your visit. We further communicated with the building management and property owner promptly regarding the report of mice and they have since taken action to prevent future issues. We recently were in communication with you in regards to the offer of compensation for the items mentioned. Please know we've taken your comments seriously and are giving them the attention they deserve. Thank you again and we hope to host you in the near future for another visit to OC!

The condo is in a nice location with a quick walk to the beach and food. The unit needs some TLC with rusty outdoor furniture, curtains that don’t work correctly, and a terrible mattress on the pull out bed. The bedrooms were made up but couldn’t find bedding for the pull out. 10 am check out was a little early for us as we had to vacate the parking spot by 10am. I did message the host with questions prior and never received a response. I did call when we got in at 3pm and they were kind enough to let us in a little early. We enjoyed our time at the ocean but most likely would not return to this unit.

We have passed your feedback regarding furnishings over to the property owner for review and action as needed. The bedding for the pull out sofas are usually located in the primary bedroom closet for storage. Just so future guests know, the 10 AM checkout is fixed to give our housekeepers time to prepare the unit for the next arrival. We're grateful you still enjoyed your time by the ocean, and we appreciate you noting these items for us. We hope you with book with us again in the near future!
