The Space:

Vacation in style at this three-story townhouse on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City. Custom finishes including Corian kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, a primary bedroom with a private balcony and en suite bathroom, and an enclosed, two-car garage for your convenience. As of 2026, the condo features several updates, including new LVP flooring, new balcony furniture, and fresh paint throughout the home. The kitchen has also been enhanced with a new oven and has been fully restocked for guest convenience. Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach down the street, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location. Clean. The house had everything we needed. There were 8 of us- 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking morning coffee. A block from the beach. Short drive to OC boardwalk. Walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The house was super clean, and the location close to the beach was perfect. We loved having all the beach gear available in the garage, including chairs and a cooler! The pool was a nice place to wind down after a long beach day as well.The house was well appointed and we really enjoyed having a washer/dryer. The beds were really comfortable, though the pillows were awful and could really use an upgrade. It would also be nice to have hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms. Aside from that, everything was great. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

The property was clean. Although the "renovations" left much to be desired. The furniture in the living and dining rooms were "WELL" used. We needed to cover the sofas with towels to prevent transfer of germs from past visitors - and sit on the edge because the sofa pillows were so flat-you literally sunk into the springs of the chair - not comfy AT ALL. The kitchen garbage disposal had a bad smell which indicated a cleaning was needed. There were old pots and pans and the rusty refrigerator squeaked. The dryer required 2 cycles to dry clothing and I think the washer needs a good cleaning - had a mildew smell. 2 of the 3 bathrooms that had shower curtains also had mold on those curtains (upstairs main bath and bottom floor) - as well as a constant leak in the upstairs bathtub. The bunk room had a squeaky bottom bunk which was pretty uncomfortable. If you have a large vehicle, plan to park it on the street - there is a SERIOUS leak in the garage from the ac unit.. and a tip for the owner - place locks on all closets with personal items - the main closet by the front door was unlocked with all sorts of junk and paperwork that should be locked up. There was a lot of space in this home. Overall, the location was good and the pool was small but nice.
