This two-bedroom condo features a large, oceanfront balcony, a full kitchen equipped with a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher, and air conditioning. You'll love swimming in the shared pool whenever you're not down at the beach, and the private washer/dryer will ensure you always look your best during your stay.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was the best place we have stayed at in OC. The view,location, and size was all amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t book it for this year 24 because it’s booked already.. awesome stay

Perfect location!

This condo was located within walking distant to the best restaurants and bars- A huge plus for saving on Uber fees. The view from the condo was stunning, loved being able to sit in the chairs and relax.

Accomodations we perfect. Everything was clean. We could not figure out how the television worked. Had to call housekeeping the next day to help.

The balcony was wonderful. It had lovely views! It was so big and with the walls the way they were you had no idea there was anyone around you, which is nice. Small issue about the balcony - the hurricane shutters were very difficult to open and close. The place was very clean. Overall it was very nice. The few negatives: the sheets and towels could be updated; there needs to be more light in living room; and the place had an unusual smell (It smelled stale. It may have been from the baseboard heat?).

Making memories

Our stay in 405 was outstanding…the balcony was lovely…the crowning jewel of the condo…my mom and I sat outside with hot cups of coffee in the morning and late afternoon enjoying the beauty and power of the ocean and watching the dolphins frolic … the size of the balcony is amazing…the out door furniture comfortable and relaxing… the inside was clean… updated and inviting… the art and decorations were beautiful… we were blessed to have found and gotten to stay at probably one of the most perfect places in Ocean City! 🥰

We arrived late. No one to get us parking pass. No details goven stating we had to arrive at certain time. No one on site all weekend to get pass for parking. We would have been towed if we do not find parking on next street.pass should be left in aapartment

Clean, nice property. Only complaint, door code wouldn’t work so we were instructed to use key from lockbox.Lock has problems and was extremely difficult to lock, unlock, and get the key removed from lock. I had seen a review that this was an issue for someone this winter. One would think it would have been repaired by May.

Calypso 405

A group of friends have been visiting Ocean City for the past 20+ years and typically stay at the Calypso. This year, our reservations (made through a real estate agency), were for unit 405. By far, this is the best unit we have ever stayed in in the Calypso. The condo looked to be recently updated and was extremely clean. The balcony was beyond our expectations which was as large as most in the building but what made this balcony so awesome was the furnishings. The owners have invested a lot of time & money in this condo and it definitely shows it. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful weekend getaway.

Property mgr is not their on saturday and sunday. To get your parking permit you have to go to a different address and they close at 5pm on sat and not open on Sunday. Also parking permit should at you can park in any numbered space or you will be towed. This was not noted.
