The Space:

Enjoy a beautiful view of ocean waves, golden sand, and colorful beach umbrellas at this one-bedroom, oceanfront condo at West Winds in midtown Ocean City. This condo has been fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable beach escape - air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a **NEWLY UPDATED** full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, stove & oven, and microwave. There's assigned parking to eliminate any additional stress, flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, and a private oceanfront balcony where you can begin and end each beautiful day. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and less than a block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than four miles south. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Spotless. Beautifully furnished, decor lovely, appreciated numerous small, a some not so small ways that seemed like the owner went out of their way to make sure you have what you needed for a stress free - comfortable stay. Great view.

Perfect weekend place

The condo was perfect for a long weekend! It was bright and clean. The starter pack of basic kitchen and toiletries was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was convenient to the bus stops and staying on the beach is the icing on the cake.

Outstanding location

The condo is just steps from the beach, as well as from restaurants, some popular tourist spots, convenience stores and a grocery store. The view from the balcony is excellent. The condo itself is in good condition and was nice and clean.

Quick trip to OC

The West Winds property was wonderful! The oceanfront location and balcony made for beautiful views. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms, comfortable. My only complaint was the check in process at Vacasa - disorganized and not ready to transfer keys in a timely way.

The property itself was quite nice, but we were shocked to discover the elevator was not actually at ground level but 11 steps up and they did not have a handicap ramp.Just an incredibly steep ramp that my mother was unable to climb. Nine. We were not very satisfied with the way the owner handled misleading us. Other than that it was a fabulous place to stay

Great location

Couldn't have asked for a better location - right above the beach, and easy access. The place is aged, but it had everything we needed (dishes, etc.) The ice maker doesn't work but they provided ice cube trays, so that was great. Two of the burners on the stove didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. A few other things, like the deli bin in the fridge, paper towel holder, back door handle, but I told them.

Condo on beach

Property nice but bathroom needs help second bed in bedroom is awful no space to put many things cause owner has utilized much of cupboard space. No wine glasses in kitchen! We had to buy new batteries for remote. Dryer makes loud banging noise.

A mixed bag

While the condo was nice, we were unable to lock the door until the next day. Finally, someone called and told us the missing step for the subpar lock. Also, a bag of dirty laundry blocked our entrance. When we called repeatedly to have it removed, someone came in when we were gone and stashed the dirty laundry in the laundry room causing a stench and blocking access to the washer so we couldn't use it. We followed up with an email but got no response so far.
