Stayed 4th of July weekend. The place is so close to beach, stores, restaurants. Short drive to anywhere you need to be. My girls loved the pool and game room. Couldn't have a better view of fireworks. Would recommend and stay again!!!

Nice place near ocean

We had no issues with the house. The property was a little out of date. Home was just as described. The short walk to the beach made it worth it. Will stay again.

The unit did sleep 6, however the pull out sofa is old and not comfortable. Also, in my quickness to book I didn’t realize the only oven is a countertop oven.

Liked the location. Disappointed in the condition (lack of cleanliness. Bathroom ok - all other areas not up to par)

Great location!

This property is in the perfect location! It literally is only 90 steps to the beach! (My friends and I counted.) We stayed at The Marylander for a mini moms-only vacay and it was perfect! The indoor pool was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Definitely family friendly and close to the beach. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was super sweet. Everything was great but just like most beach places, the beds felt like air mattresses. Other than that I would say it’s the perfect place to stay!

Good stay

Overall the place was as described. The indoor pool had a little to be desired and seems to need more regular cleanning., it was couldy. The washer wasn't working in the unit, and the owner didn't notify us beforehand, but did leave a note, and was able to use the buildings washer free of charge. Very close to the beach, and it is what is expected for what you are paying. Beds were not queen, they were two full size, smaller than regular queen beds, so that seems to be wrongly stated in listing. Also the checkout time was earlier than lister stated in email, but building manager was accomodating. Overall though it was a good experience.

I spent my childhood vacationing in Ocean City and it has always held a piece of my heart. We have made so many happy memories in this town with our children and now are continuing the tradition with our grandchildren with the purchase of our condo. We hope to share our love of Ocean city with you and your family.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a 26 unit hotel of privately owned condominiums with a management staff on site and a coded entry for security. Staff are friendly and will do their best to be sure you enjoy your stay. Being a small "hotel," The Marylander has a cozy, homey feel that does not disappoint. It's located so close to the beach, restaurants, stores and wonderful Northside Park which hosts many activities, including the Winterfest of Lights
and fireworks weekly.
