The Space:

Located just steps from the beach and close to some of the most popular restaurants and attractions in Ocean City, this condo is ideal for experiencing all that this unique resort town has to offer! This property is just a few miles from Ripley's Believe It or Not, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, Lost Treasure Golf, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. During the summer months, slip into the shared, outdoor pool or soak up the sunshine from one of the adjacent chaise lounges. Back at home sit out on your private, furnished balcony and welcome each day with your morning coffee or catch breathtaking sunsets over the bay with a favorite beverage in-hand. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare anything from quick beach snacks to full-course dinners. Dine together at the adjacent table or bust out the board games on rainy days. After exciting days out, relax on the large sectional in the living area and watch TV into the evening or take advantage of the complimentary high-speed internet access to stream media or share updates with friends back home. This condo also includes a private washer/dryer for your convenience and central air-conditioning for your comfort. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location

Location was great. Cleanliness wasn't bad, on the surface it was clean, beds were good except for sofa bed. Needs a good deep clean, and maybe some updated appliances (dishwasher and dryer).

Adventures 105 was great!!

We loved everything 💜 ❤️ ♥️ 💕 💖 about the condo. The parking, keyless entry, laundry room, kitchen, bedrooms.bathrooms, balcony was huge...the amenities was second to none. We definitely would stay again.

Vacation

Property very close to beach and restaurants which made walking with 80yr old mother easy. Wheelchair accessible, and spacious. Only complaint is need for better lighting and pot holders for those who cook most of their meal in condo. Otherwise we had a great stay and would use this condo again!

Beautiful space, great location

I loved the bright, comfortable, open layout and pretty, cute furniture and decor. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. I really appreciated that there were extra pillows and blankets and sheets and even a couple extra bath towels. It's ideally located a short walk to the beach and to some great stores, restaurants and attractions. Everything was easy to get to. Two assigned parking spaces close to the foot shower -- super convenient. My family had a wonderful vacation.

Could use a deep clean!

Overall it was a great location and surface cleaniness was good but property could use a good deep clean. Dryer took way too long to dry clothes, the hose at kitchen sink did not work properly and utensil drawers were gross. Needs a new pull out sofa in livingroom also.
