It was very hot in the condo -we had to buy a fan and still was hot -we did not contact the host what could be done the air was as low as allowed

About the house

The house was very nice. It only had one fan though and it got hot at night. Super close to the beach which was super awesome. Overall was a great house.

Amazing property so close to the beach! We walked there every day we stayed. Great restaurants nearby and access to groceries. Home is well suited with everything you'd need. Host was great to communicate with.

Pre-cruise stay

The location is great for a pre or post cruise stay. I made a couple of assumptions by not reading all info and looking at pictures. It is on the second floor and I am partial disabled. I can walk a little but not much. The stairs were a little difficult for me but we got in and I stayed in until we left, lol. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was later when we got there so it was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The stand up fan was a great help in one room but it would be nice to have another one for the other bedroom. The temperature keep jumping up so we had to watch it to stay comfortable. Window tint might help that too. It is a lovely location and we would definitely recommend it to others. Our host was great!Thanks for a lovely place at an affordable price!!

Would return, was a very nice property and basically on the beach. Giving 4 stars because the internet was terrible, we couldn’t even wind down with streaming a movie at the end of the day without it constantly pausing and skipping and because we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 70 degrees. 70 degrees is not a comfortable indoor temperature.

Perfect Memorial Weekend Memories

This cute 2 bedroom condo was "just right" for our stay at the beach. My husband was participating in a small private fishing tournament out of Port Canaveral and the residence of the tournament providers was just past the CoCoa Beach pier where the weigh-in party was so this place was right in the middle of both places which turned out to be perfect!

This is a lovely condo, very comfortable for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids- 13 y and 10 y ). Very close to the beach and everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs, towels and umbrella and 2 boogie boards —-the boys were thrilled). Coin-op laundry on premises, so convenient! Communication was great for gaining access or any questions I had, which was exactly one question. We will be coming back to this little gem !

We stayed here for nearly a week on cocoa beach. The accommodations were absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo, extremely clean and excellent location. An easy block walk to a portion of the beach much less busy than the rest of the beach. Also a close walk down the beach to the pier. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a last minute satellite launch which we watched from our section of the beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, lovely condo for a stay. We plan to return next year!

Hi, Welcome to our beachside 2 bedroom condo! We have owned since 2013 and love sharing our piece of paradise with travelers. We purchased in 2013 as it is close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy walking and riding bikes, people are very friendly here. My husband and I are beach lovers and love dining at our local restaurants. Cocoa Beach is famous for the Pier which is a nice walk by way of the beach. Sometimes we walk over for lunch. We enjoy fishing and kayaking. You can rent both within walking distance at A1A Bike Rentals, just a short walk away. Our location is great for cruisers as the Port is just a 5 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is the closet beach to Disney which vacationers enjoy. We pride ourselves on cleanliness.

Love this location as we are on the beach in minutes. Our patios are great for sitting out and having lunch or dinner or having a cocktail while reading your book. This condo is a hidden gem.
