When your toes aren't dug into the sand, check out Northside Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Fenwick Island State Park, and the Ocean City Boardwalk. Additionally, this condo is located directly across the street from the original Green Turtle and is within walking distance to the Food Lion and TJ Maxx in case you forgot anything.



Adorned with charming nautical-themed decorations, the interior of your stay is framed by glimmering views of the bay. Sit back and relax on the living room's comfortable seating while tuning into your favorite TV shows and movies. When hunger arises, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite tropical treats.



With perks like central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer - all of the amenities you love to have while on vacation are provided.



Before bed, head for one of the two private balconies to watch the sunset over the ocean. A good night's rest is sure to come easily as you tuck under the high-quality linens in each of the bedrooms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.

Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
