Excellent place to stay for a few days. Has everything you need for a short vacation. Close to Siesta Key beach. The only couple of thing I would recommend to the host would be to replace the pillows, shower. The patio chairs should be replaced as one was broken.

I was told the shower head was fixed after looking at all the previous reviews and it was not. It’s a box shower head and the water doesn’t come out of most of them. The bathtub was pretty gross too. It needs to be resurfaced. All of the silverware was grimy like it wasn’t washed. The floor just felt dirty all the time too. My feet were black on the bottom after walking on it. It did the job for a low price especially since we weren’t there most of the time. Just wish it could have been better or got more accommodations from all the mishaps.

We were told we were one of the first to stay since going live. It was very clear that the property wasn't ready for rental. It was also clear that description of the property had several inaccuracies. No king bed, closet missing door handles, shower head not working, back yard was unusable and the patio furniture was either completely broken or not safe to sit in, we had to run the air constantly, missing smoke detectors, a futon for a couch with the pictures couch sitting on the curb. We were there for me to have a metal procedure, so we just dealt with it. I let the host know all of this and waited to leave a review. However, I reviewed the details today and they have yet to update the listing, so I feel responsible to share. I will also request a refund.

When we arrived at the property, I thought I was at the wrong place. The property was shabby and unkept. There were 3 cushions laying by the mailbox ready for the garbage men to pick up. The backyard was no different. We got about 3-4 hours sleep. It sounded like they were drag racing out on the street. Our 2 pillows were very large and hard. The shower head did not work well. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but left early the next morning. After reviewing the listing, we noticed the furniture was not the same. The LR couch was different. The kitchen table and chairs were different. It said there was a king bed and it was a queen. The backyard picture was totally false. I wish I had taken more pictures, but didn’t notice the differences until we had left. I know this sounds like a nightmare. It was!!!! We have asked for a refund.
