The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from the patio in this convenient first-floor three-bedroom oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single-level resort retreat has been recently updated to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. The living room invites you to spread out comfortably on the new modern couch and watch your favorite shows. It also boasts a new rug and additional lighting. The well-equipped kitchen has been updated with all new appliances including stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and has all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals. The porch has brand-new outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms, including the main suite. There are new beds with linen, headboards, and comfortable mattresses. Additional perks include central air conditioning, brand new washer/dryer stack, two TVs, two DVDs, and free WiFi. No dogs/pets permitted. No smoking on property. Sleeps 7 people.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Can't beat the location. On the beach with huge deck acrossed all the high rise condos with a lot of pools and enterences to the private beach sea colony owns.

Perfect location and nice accommodation

We love staying on the first floor residences due to the ease of entry and exit to the pools in the beach. This was a great first floor condominium. Not only did it have an amazing view of the beach, it was directly outside of the Harbour Island pool and our parking spot was directly underneath us in the garage. Convenience is super important for us and this condominium had all of it! We’re grateful for the host and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great stay!

So much to enjoy: Location and views! Porch, promenade, pools, shaded parking, private beach, activities, beach chairs, coffee pots, dishes, bedding, TVs, Tram, washer/dryer, and friendly staff. Vacasa promptly handled replacing lightbulbs. Bathrooms need updating. All around we had a great stay and would book again.

Perfect family condo

This condo was fantastic. It was first floor so our older chicldren were able to go in and out to the beach as they pleased. They had sooo many amenities available we weren’t able to utilize them all. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything provided! We are already planning our next trip to this condo!

Home was lovely , check in a nightmare

The home was clean, the view was beautiful, the distance fron the beach was within steps .. Check in was a nightmare ruined our first day there, if you are going to rent this home I'd suggest you be there before the office closes .
