The Space:

Classic and comfortable in its decor and design, this home in South Chatham provides the quintessential summer experience on Cape Cod. As you ride your bikes home from the beach each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an expansive, tree-lined yard and an outdoor deck where you can dine in the summer sun. This single-level house feels like home, offering a bright and comfortable living room that leads into a full kitchen and family room. The kitchen is outfitted with every necessity and plentiful cabinet storage, and there's room to dine, sip coffee, and read the morning paper at the eat-in table, the adjacent octagonal table, and the picnic table outside on the deck. Leave the day's swimsuits to ring out in the washer/dryer and pile on the sofa in the family room to watch Netflix and cable movies or log onto the free WiFi. What's nearby: This home sits just north of Main Street (Route 28) in South Chatham, with the closest beach - Forest Beach - less than a mile south. The heart of downtown Chatham is only four miles east, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and Veterans Field (the summertime home of the Chatham Anglers). Other beloved beaches, including Hardings Beach (three miles southeast) and Lighthouse Beach (five miles east), are within a short drive or bike ride, as is the Cranberry Valley Golf Course (four miles northwest). Conveniently located cottage

Great House

We loved our stay here. Our kids didn’t want to leave and are already asking to go back. There was plenty of space and a nice deck off the back. Great location, close to Chatham downtown and the beaches.

Amazing place

This place was amazing. So much space, beyond clean and check in process was amazing. Had everything you needed and we enjoyed the back deck and grill almost every night. There is a great bar within walking distance and so many beaches. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back. Thank You!!

Great comfortable place to stay while house hunting in Chatham

Nice, quiet part of Chatham -- very "old Cape Cod" feel to both the neighborhood and the home. Common rooms comfortable and well furnished, nice yard and deck, although we were hardly there to use them. Short drive up the street to the Corner Store for breakfast and easy access to Chatham via Route 28 or Old Queen Anne Road.

Home Away From Home

Walking into the space was so bright and welcoming! Love the two big comfy spaces to hang out. Watch TV or relax and read, plenty of space for everyone! Also enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the great backyard deck! Perfect location! Can't wait to go back!

Relaxing Haven

Seashell Wishes - Salty Kisses was a perfect place for our family vacation. It was close to the rail trail and conservation land hiking. It felt like a welcome retreat but not too far away. The home was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The kitchen even had doggy bowls. We would definitely recommend this home and stay here again.

A Charming Cape Getaway

Beautifully maintained, quintessential Cape home. Perfect for our family of four and pup to enjoy on our recent vacation. It was so close to nearby attractions, yet in a nice residential area. Super close to the cape cod canal and a quick bike ride to the beach. Walking distance to two local restaurants. 10/10.

Cape Cod Rental

This property is so nostalgic Cape Cod. The home was in a great location, easy to get to. The home is very well appointed. The only thing I wish the listing had more detail about what was in the home as far as amenities, such as Kuerig Coffee maker. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this home. The owner was very receptive and assisted with all questions promptly.

Weekend at the cape

Our stay in South Chatham was nice. The vacation property was lovely. Only 2 smal bedrooms but large living spaces. All rooms were sufficiently air conditioned. Great Wifi and television. Nice back deck with grill. Everything was in working order. Kitchen could have additional pots and pans and no dishwasher was a bummer
