The Space:

This immaculate, sun-lit home features a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full dinners in the open, well-equipped kitchen, and then dine inside or outside on the multi-level deck. This home also offers a cozy sunroom and a landscaped yard fenced in on two sides and open to the woods at the back - perfect for outdoor games with your kids and dogs. You're sure to enjoy the comforts and amenities of this Chatham vacation home. Walk or bike to Hardings Beach, just a mile away, or take a pleasant stroll through the adorable town of Chatham, where you can sample some delicious local cuisine, visit galleries and museums, or do a little shopping just a little over two miles east. And for adventures on the water, bring your boat to the Barn Hill boat launch, just a quarter-mile down the street. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Outdoor shower. A hair dyer is available. The shed is stocked with beach chairs, towels, games, and toys. This is an area dense with coyotes, so please watch your dogs.

Quintessential super cute Cape. The kids room was nicely appointed and the king bed was cozy. It was well stocked with blankets and towels. Host/management company was helpful and responsive. Loved that there were some books and board games for rainy days. As a parent with young kids and an older dog, I appreciated everything being on one floor and having a backyard with green space and seating. My only real grievance was that the shower stall is small so it was difficult to shave my legs. Overall, it was a welcoming home and we had a lovely holiday.

Weekend away

Stayed here for a weekend with my fiance and our dog and it was perfect. Short 5 minute drive from downtown and all the great restaurants and shopping. Very dog friendly with fenced in backyard.
