Selina, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay. We're pleased to hear that the pick-up, drop-off, and overall experience with the house and location were positive aspects of your stay. We sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding the cleanliness under the beds; we will address this with our cleaning team to ensure thorough inspections in the future. Your point about the need for privacy options in the bathrooms is well-noted, and we appreciate your suggestion for improvement. We value your input, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.
