Furnished for contemporary comfort, the condo features an updated interior complete with nautical decor and a full suite of everyday home essentials. Spend endless hours on the private deck or kick back inside with shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals! Free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay. Recently renovated as of the fall of 2024: All new LVP flooring throughout including the loft space & space saving stair system to access loft to enhance useable floor space in living and dining areas.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
