Your stay boasts easy access to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Freeman Arts Pavilion, all while only being a short walk from South Bethany Beach. On days when you want to hang out closer to home, indulge in sun-filled afternoons by the private pool. Bright, fresh, filled with natural lighting, and sporting all-new carpeting for 2024, your retreat exudes a warm feeling of welcome the moment you walk in the door. Unwind in the spacious living room, adorned with soft seating, cheerful colors, and a large TV. The chef of your family will adore the full kitchen's gleaming marble countertops, wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand. And dine alfresco on the large deck in the afternoon with the sun shining above you. An oasis in itself, the enclosed yard is sure to be a focal point for the group thanks to its wealth of amenities! Go for a refreshing dip in the pool or have a friendly game with your other guests using the basketball hoop. Grab a refreshing drink from the outdoor fridge afterward and warm up by the firepit. Great house! Close to the beach and backyard pool is a great bonus!

My wife and in-laws rented this property and loved it. We have small children (4, 6 and twin 7 year olds) so was able to do the beach in the morning and backyard pool in the afternoon. Also, loved the outdoor fireplace in the evenings. This is an ideal house for families with children.

Good location

Good location if you want to be in close proximity to the beach. Good living space, nice neighborhood. Needs a refresh. Carpeting was dingy, blinds were gross.

The carpets will be replaced this fall and the owner has since hired a private cleaner to make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned. Please know that local staff is available to assist with any cleanliness issues you encounter while in the home. What a wonderful week!

This was our first beach rental and we had our entire family there. Six adults and 4 children. Everyone agreed it was an amazing house and the pool was the icing on the cake. Lovely and tasteful furnishings and decor and everything you need in a kitchen. We all agreed that this house should become an annual tradition. I can see why it’s already booked for several weeks next summer. Simply fabulous.
