This top floor, Bethany Beach penthouse located at the world-class Sea Colony family beach and tennis resort is the ultimate luxury getaway. Boasting a complete renovation, this “point view” unit offers the best unobstructed beach view in the area featuring two full walls of windows from the 9th floor so you can embrace the ocean from your own living room. This rental is also complete with new furnishings, new flooring, updated bathrooms, and new bedding -- all for your convenience and comfort! No need to hop in the car, you’ll find plenty of family-friendly fun and entertainment right at your fingertips. Delight in twelve shimmering pools (two indoor), top-tier tennis, a sauna, fitness centers, activities for all ages, as well as an in-season community shuttle. Not to mention, a half mile of pristine private beach access awaits your enjoyment. Inside, kick back in the stylish, sun-soaked living areas featuring elegant furnishings, natural wooden accents, vaulted ceilings, and worldly decor. An incredible L-shaped balcony invites you to sip coffee or sunset cocktails while watching the waves below. The full kitchen is certain to make any home chef smile with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for crafting delicious meals and snacks. As golden hour approaches, sink into the plush sofa for family movie night and relish the magnificent views from nearly every inch of this retreat. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests are welcome to use the storage shed located in the carport to stow beach gear. Elevator access available. All TVs are streaming and cable enabled. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Please respect the no dog policy. Penthouse with views forever!

Amazing, top notch views of the ocean (spotted dolphins swimming), fully renovated condo, easy access for our limited mobility parents and plenty of space for the four of us. Would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Loved the wrap around balcony, but best was the floor to ceiling windows on two sides where you could enjoy viewing the ocean no matter where you were in the living area. When you're at the ocean you want to enjoy the view!

Gorgeous Unit and View

Hands down one of the best Sea Colony units out there. The view was breathtaking from this top floor penthouse. You could tell the place was recently renovated. The furnishings were great, kids loved the bunk beds and all the activities, everything was comfortable, clean and convenient. We can't wait to come back

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time here. The house was great. It was very well layed out and made sense for more than one family to share. The view from the living room/kitchen is unbeatable. So convenient to have a full kitchen. The amenities on this property were perfect for kids. The pool and beach is just steps away. You couldn’t beat the convenience of this place if you have small children. I would definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it as well.

It didn’t matter how many times I walked into that living room. The view ALWAYS took my breath away. Almost perfect endless beach, with no buildings in the frame whatsoever. Outstanding.
